PAYMENT MODE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Payment of services:

A 15 percent deposit of the total amount of services at the time of booking.

A 50 percent payment two weeks prior to the start of the service.

And final paymen t of 35 percent 5 days before the start of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

The deposit is non-refundable.  

If cancelled within 15 days to the start of the service, 45 percent of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations between 8 to 14 days prior to the start of the service, 35 percent will be refunded.

Cancellations between 3 to 7 days prior to the start of the service, 25 percent will be refunded.

 

ROUND TRIP CHARGE IS INCLUSIVE OF:

Hotel accommodation in 3* or 4* (depending on the tours) on BB basis.

Half Board (HB) for arrival and departure days; Full Board (FB) for the rest of the tours.

NB: Breakfasts are served on Buffet;  lunch and dinners include a salad or soup, main dish, dessert, bread mineral water/soft drinks.

Transportation, fuel and driver expenses:

Groups of 2 to 4 – an AC limousine/van with a guide and driver;

Groups of 4 to 16 – an AC bus (a 18+1 Mercedes Sprinter or similar) with a guide and driver;

Groups over 16 – an AC coach with a guide and driver.

Airport assistance, airport-hotel-airport transfers

A guide speaking the language of the group along the whole trip.

All entrance fees to museums, monasteries and other places.

Tourist insurance

All local taxes applicable.

 

 

Tourist Insuarnce includes:

Medical expenses in case of illness or accident on the territory of Bulgaria;

Accommodation and food expenses up to 10 days resulting from an illness or accident;

Unlimited medical transfer of deseased or injured tourist

Loss or damage of luggage – up to BGN 30.05 per piece and not exceeding BGN 300.51 in total.
